Personalized therapy for growth and healing.

I am a licensed psychotherapist (qualifying) and lifelong helper who brings both lived experience and professional training to the therapeutic space. As a mature practitioner, mother, and advocate for equity, I’m deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
For over 15 years, I worked within the Durham District School Board supporting children, families, and communities experiencing marginalization, victimization, and systemic barriers. This work fuelled my passion for anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practice and inspired me to pursue both a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology while working full-time.
Today, I support clients navigating:
• Anxiety & depression
• Domestic violence
• Trauma
• Grief & loss
• Identity & life transitions
• Stress and burnout
I believe in meeting people where they are, honouring their lived experiences, and helping them rediscover their strengths. My approach is gentle, collaborative, client-centred, and rooted in compassion.
I hold space for all identities and am committed to inclusive, affirming care for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
We are located in Oshawa, ON Canada and offer appointments in person or virtually.
